A great introduction to visualization techniques, labor positions, and breathing exercises—mixed with strengthening exercises for your lower body & core, stretching, plus a final meditation.

Postpartum recovery is as unique as each pregnancy & birth. You will use your breath to activate core & pelvic floor muscles, your body to get your heart rate up at your own pace, and reconnect with your strength post-baby. A great accompaniment to pelvic floor therapy, healing diastasis (separation of the abdominals), or just to have more energy for you and your new family!
1 video (weeks 1-6): Core/Pelvic floor exercises that you can start after your first week postpartum!
4 videos (weeks 7-15): Bi-weekly recordings catered to the specific needs of your recovery at every phase.
